Our Founder – Shailendra Singh
Shailendra Singh is the Founder and CEO of BotVentr Limited. With more than 20 years in digital transformation, he has helped banks, insurers, and financial firms put intelligent automation and AI to real use. He built his early career in IT services, spending over 12 years deep in Oracle ERP systems and databases. From there, he became Head of Information Technology at a private bank in Mauritius, then joined PwC Mauritius to introduce RPA within their Digital IT team.
In 2018, he founded BotVentr to solve a problem he’d seen up close, businesses losing time and money to disconnected, manual processes. Since then, he’s led more than 50 RPA, AI, Zoho, and ERP projects across Mauritius, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
Today, he works with businesses on digital strategy, RPA, GenAI, business risk, and IT strategy, bringing two decades of hands-on experience to every project.
